Unique Bedroom Inspiration

It can be tricky to pull together the design for your bedroom. Not only do you want a cohesive look, but you want your bedroom to feel personal and unique. While upholstered headboards can bring a textural quality and additional comfort, they also add an additional design element to a room. I am completely taken by this example of a custom headboard from @ashe_leandro from a bedroom in Grammercy Park. The unusual shape and size of the headboard creates visual interest right away, and the gorgeous textile that is saturated with color is the crown jewel of the design! The neutral bedding and wall color have a calming effect and allow the headboard to be the focal point. The wall sconces and simple art complete this exquisite design.
